INFORMATION NOTE 2 ABOUT TRANSPORTATION AT THE ECSG CALVIA 2025
If you plan to use the “Shuttle” transport service from Palma Airport to your accommodation hotel, it would be very helpful for us to know your flight number, estimated time of arrival, and the number of people arriving in your team.
This will help us better organise the transport so that your waiting time at the airport is as short as possible.
Please note that shuttle bus stops will only be at the hotels contracted by the Official Agency of the Organization. If you are not staying at one of these hotels, you should check the location of the bus stops and compare it with your hotel’s location.
