INFORMATION NOTE 1 ABOUT TRANSPORTATION AT THE ECSG CALVIA 2025

All participants registered and accredited in the ECSG CALVIA 2025 have the right to use the private transportation contracted by the Games Organizing Committee free of charge. To do so, you must show your athlete, companion, or staff accreditation.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25, 2025
AIRPORT – HOTELS – ACCREDITATION CENTER – AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION.

A transportation line has been established between the airport and the HOTELS CONTRACTED WITH THE OFFICIAL ORGANIZATION AGENCY, “Viajes el Corte Inglés”. The system is “Shuttle” between the airport and the hotels.

1. When you arrive at Palma de Mallorca airport, after collecting your luggage, you will exit through door number FOUR, 4. You should go left, towards door number SEVEN, 7. ALWAYS BEFORE GOING OUT TO THE BUS PARKING.
2. At door Number SEVEN, 7, there will be Organization staff who will tell you the parking number where your BUS will be. It is VERY IMPORTANT to remember that, due to the shuttle system, the BUS will not start until it is full (55 seats).
3. Once the transport has started, it will travel to the hotels where all participants who have booked their accommodation with the Official Organization Agency are staying.

APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME AT THE HOTEL, BETWEEN ONE AND THREE HOURS FROM YOUR ARRIVAL ON THE ISLAND.

If you are not staying at one of these hotels, you can use the organization’s transport to reach one of these points and then transfer to the accommodation you have booked on your own. As you can see, the last stop is at the ECSG CALVIA 2025 Accreditation Center.

There is public transport between the airport and Palmanova, Magaluf, Santa Ponsa, Peguera. Possibility of contracting private transport for groups. Email: transport@ecsgcalvia2025.com

1. Throughout the day on 25/06/2025, there will be a regular line that will travel to stops near the indicated hotels and will reach the Accreditation Center.

Hours: 10:00h to 19:00h.

1. June 25, 2025, is the date of the ECSG CALVIA 2025 Opening Ceremony, so there will be a regular bus service to “ES JARDI”, the leisure center where the Opening Ceremony will be held. CHECK STOPS ON OUR APP. CEREMONY TIME AT 20:30 H. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT THE MEETING POINT AT 19:30 H.

Hours: 18:00 to 24:00.

 

THURSDAY, JUNE 26, 2025

1. Different transport lines have been established that will travel throughout the day to stops near the Organization’s Hotels and sports facilities. CHECK STOPS AND FACILITIES ON OUR APP. CHECK LINES ON OUR APP.

Hours: 07:00 to 19:00 h.

IMPORTANT: This transport can be used by all participants, athletes, and companions, duly accredited. They must carefully study their routes to the sports facilities where they must participate. All facilities outside the municipality of Calvia, transfers may experience significant delays due to traffic jams. Especially first thing in the morning. Therefore, they must leave for the facilities with enough time in advance.

1. On 26/06/2025, there will be a regular BUS service that will go to “ES JARDI”, a leisure center where the fraternity party for participants and companions will be held. TO ENTER THE PARTY VENUE, YOU MUST SHOW YOUR ECSG CALVIA 2025 ACCREDITATION.

 

FRIDAY, JUNE 27, 2025

1. Different transport lines have been established that will travel throughout the day to stops near the Organization’s Hotels and sports facilities. CHECK STOPS AND FACILITIES ON OUR APP. CHECK LINES ON OUR APP. Hours: 07:00 to 19:00 h.

IMPORTANT: This transport can be used by all participants, athletes, and companions, duly accredited. They must carefully study their routes to the sports facilities where they must participate. All facilities outside the municipality of Calvia, transfers may experience significant delays due to traffic jams. Especially first thing in the morning. Therefore, they must leave for the facilities with enough time in advance.

1. On 27/06/2025, there will be a regular BUS service that will go to “ES JARDI”, a leisure center where the fraternity party for participants and companions will be held. TO ENTER THE PARTY VENUE, YOU MUST SHOW YOUR ECSG CALVIA 2025 ACCREDITATION.

 

SATURDAY, JUNE 28, 2025

1. Different transport lines have been established that will travel throughout the day to stops near the Organization’s Hotels and sports facilities. CHECK STOPS AND FACILITIES ON OUR APP. CHECK LINES ON OUR APP. Hours: 07:00 to 19:00 h.

IMPORTANT: This transport can be used by all participants, athletes, and companions, duly accredited.

1. June 25, 2025, is the date of the ECSG CALVIA 2025 Closing Ceremony, so there will be a regular bus service that will go to “ES JARDI”, the leisure center where the Closing Ceremony will be held. CHECK STOPS ON OUR APP.

Hours: 18:00 to 02:00.

 

SUNDAY, JUNE 29, 2025

Transfer service from hotels to the airport. A regular line will be established between points near the organization’s hotels (same stops used throughout the games) and the airport. HOURS: 07:00 to 19:00 in half-hour intervals.
